Program Overview

B.Com., LL.B. Hons (Integrated) is a five year course comprising of ten semesters on completion of which a student earns a graduate degree in law. This course is designed to acquaint a student with the conceptual and operational parameters of general principles of law and its operation in the society. These courses help to understand how central and state government’s function and how legislations are enacted and enforced.

B.Com., LL.B. Hons Course Beneficial?

  • As this is a combined degree course, it allows students to complete 2 Bachelor programs in 5 years of full-time study.
  • Candidates having a strong hand in commerce can specialise in their work as legal practitioners, legal officers and in legal academia.
  • Those who are good in commerce can improve or specialise their skills so that they have career opportunities in business and finance industries.
  • It enables students to develop more concentrated expertise in a specific area of law.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Admission to B.Com., LL.B. (Honors) Program is open to a student who passed / appeared in Intermediate / Higher Secondary (10+2) from any approved Board with 50% marks.

Admission Procedure

Admission based on CLAT/ LSAT/ SUNET Score. Few seats to be offered based on Academic Merit.

NOTE: All other students have to undertake the Shobhit University National Entrance Test (SUNET). This is an objective type online computer based test. A candidate can appear in (SUNET). from any location of his/her choice.

  • Tuition Fees: 50,000/- (p.a.)
  • University Charges: 25,000/- (p.a.)
  • Refundable Security: 5,000/-
